General Management

General Management consists of a General Manager and of five Deputy General Managers.

The General Manager manages everyday business in compliance with the policies laid down by the governing bodies and more specifically:

he is the chief operational officer and co-ordinates the operations of the bank and the Group;
he is the head of the human resources;
he is usually responsible for implementing decisions made by the Management Board and the Chief Executive Officer and he participates in Management Board meetings with an advisory vote.
