The Social Report 2008 had indicated, for each stakeholder, some improvement objectives for the socially responsible management of the business. During 2009 some of these have been fully achieved, others only partially or not at all for the effects of severe economic crisis and instability in financial markets.
In reconfirming the commitment to those goals that we could not achieve fully, we indicate new targets for the year 2010 and for the medium term, representing the guidelines on how we will implement our social responsibility projects and we will report periodically on the results.
