The Industrial Plan 2011-2013/2015 (pages 69-70) defines 4 actions lines for social responsibility and general objectives for each of them. The table below reports the initiatives carried out and the results achieved by giving references to the pages of Social Report 2013 which address them. It also reports aspects where room for improvement exists from the viewpoint of operations and/or reporting.

Please see the page Financial Targets of Investor Relations section for the describtion of operating, financial and capital targets for the period 2011-2013/2015. Among the non-financial targets included in the plan:

  • improving customer satisfaction;

  • strengthening a sense of Group identity among employees;

  • heightening the general perception by customers, personnel, investors and local communities that UBI Banca = "a High Quality Bank".
